Will County 341 Trustee Preferences

The preferences identified in the following charts are for informational purposes only and merely reflect a particular trustee's preferences. It does not expand or limit a trustee's discretion, nor does it expand or limit a debtor's duties to produce statutorily required information. If you have a question about the information in the chart, contact the trustee.

Trustee Name List the preferred method for debtors to transmit the tax return, pay stubs and additional documents to you. State any informal practices you have established - e.g., meeting continued if documents not received within 48 hours of meeting, etc.
Cindy M. Johnson Only accepts documents electronically. Debtors' attorneys will receive an email to link to the document delivery portal. (Exception made for pro se debtors who may mail the documents.) Meeting is generally continued if last 2 years’ tax returns, paystubs and bank statements showing transactions for the 30 days before, and through the date of filing, are not received at least one week in advance.

Only accepts documents electronically through link to Trustee's document delivery portal.  Informative email is sent automatically upon filing of the case.
Meeting is generally continued if tax returns and/or paystubs are not received at least 48 hours in advance.
Zane Lee Zielinski
Please use the KCC document portal for submission of 341 docs. Upon case filing, you will receive a system generated e-mail that will instruct you how to upload documents. Pro se debtors may email documents to trustee@zanezielinski.com for further instructions or send via U.S. Mail to address on court docket. Make sure to put the case number in the email subject line or on the hard copies.
Trustee requires the following documents at least 1 week in advance of the 341 meeting date.
  1. Complete copies of tax returns for the last 2 years
  2. Pay advices for the last 60 days and information for all sources of income for the last 60 days
  3. Current Government issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State Identification Card, or Passport)
  4. Proof of Social Security Number (only a Social Security Card, W-2, or 1099 will be accepted)
  5. Car titles for unencumbered vehicles and Marital Settlement Agreements within last five years.
