All Chapter 13 matters set for hearing before Judge David Cleary on March 9, 2026, will be continued to March 13, 2026, to be heard before Judge David DeCelles. All matters currently set on Judge Cleary’s Chapter 13 Chicago docket will be automatically continued to the appropriate date before Judge DeCelles.
Chapter 13 matters will be heard on Fridays according to the following schedule
