New Location Codes
Effective Monday March 22, 2021, there will new location codes to select when scheduling motions or other hearings. The Judge’s name will appear at the end of code. Example: Appear Using Zoom for Government - Judge Goldgar. Please select the correct code based on the Judge assigned to the case.

For Closed Cook county cases, the code should be for Judge Goldgar. For Closed outlying county cases, the code should be for the Judge who currently hears that county.

- Supplemental Proof of Claim for CARES Forbearance Claim ( Form 4100S)
- Open a Related Bk Case
