U.S. Trustee’s Office Introduces Updated Chapter 11 Operating Instructions and Operating Requirements and Exhibits

On August 15, 2022, the U.S. Trustee’s Office for Region 11 posted updated Chapter 11 Operating Instructions and Operating Requirements (“OIRR”) and exhibits for use in all chapter 11 cases. The updated OIRR apply to all chapter 11 cases filed in the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. To view the OIRR and Exhibits, visit:
