Judge Barnes' motion calls for this morning (May 6, 2015) have been continued. All matters (including matters granted in chambers) will be heard next Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the time presently set for today. 

A party seeking a different continuance must obtain the consent of all necessary parties and then contact Judge Barnes' courtroom deputy, Annette McClendon, today or tomorrow at 312-435-5647.  Continuances for 1-2 weeks and for normal motion days will be given by Ms. McClendon.  Other requests for continuances will be granted by Judge Barnes today or tomorrow if he approves, or heard in court on May 13, 2015, if not approved. Matters scheduled for this afternoon are presently unaffected.
