Judge Cassling has recently adopted a modified version of the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin’s summary judgment practice and procedures. Specifically, the Court will conduct an informal in-chambers conference with counsel to discuss whether the filing of a motion for summary judgment is the best course of action given the state of the record.
