Effective October 5, 2015, Judge Barnes' Chapter 13 call, currently heard on Mondays, will be moved to Thursdays according to the new motion/adversary time schedule below. All cases currently assigned to Judge Barnes will remain with Judge Barnes and Marilyn Marshall will remain Chapter 13 Trustee.
New Motion/Adversary Time Schedule:

There will be no hearing dates for any matters the week of September 7 and September 28, 2015. For ease of scheduling, ALL hearing dates for Chapter 13 matters in front of Judge Barnes for the months of September and October, 2015 will be as follows:
