Survey of the Bar about Post-Pandemic Motion Practice in the Bankruptcy Court

Monday, March 22, 2021

The COVID-19 health emergency produced big changes in the bankruptcy court’s motion practice.  Although those changes were designed to address the pandemic and the inability to hold proceedings in the courthouse, the judges are considering whether to make some of them permanent.  The court wants to hear from the bar about those changes and whether keeping them is desirable.  Please complete the survey at the link below and please feel free to offer additional, more detailed comments in the comment boxes.  The survey will remain open until May 1, 2021.
