Chief Judge Hollis will be participating in the court’s calendar adjustment program beginning October 1, 2019. In her absence, Judge Goldgar serves as Acting Chief Judge.

The court’s Local Rules and Administrative Procedures for the CM/ECF System require certain motions (such as motions to withdraw unclaimed funds) to be noticed for presentment before the Chief Judge. Beginning October 1, 2019, those motions must be noticed for presentment before Judge Goldgar on Mondays at 9:30 a.m. In addition, hearings on rules to show cause for failure to file electronically will be held before Judge Goldgar on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m.
