Judge Barnes has issued Standing Order No. 3, which is applicable to Motions to Modify Confirmed Chapter 13 Plans in cases before him.  The requirements of Standing Order No. 3 will be enforced by Judge Barnes for such motions filed on or after February 1, 2022.
