The bankruptcy court has revised Form 13-8, Court-Approved Retention Agreement. A Chapter 13 debtor and counsel for the debtor must enter into the Agreement for counsel to receive a flat fee as compensation in the case. The revised Agreement is for use in cases filed on or after March 15, 2021.
