Pay.gov the court's credit card processor has experienced a major failure. Therefore, filers have not been able to pay fees most of today, Monday, 10/07/13. Pay.gov expects to restore services this evening. The Court will not lock filers out of the e-filing system for lack of payment today, the 7th nor tomorrow the 8th.
