Commencing November 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008, Western Division motions will
be heard as follows: every Monday with the exception of November 12, December 24, January 14
and January 21. In addition, motions will be heard on Friday, January 18th. Please set your
motions accordingly.

Morning session:
Chapter 13
trustee motions 9:30 a.m.
attorney/creditor motions 10:00 a.m.
confirmations 10:30 a.m.
Chapter 12
all motions 11:00 a.m.

Afternoon session:
Chapter 7 and Chapter 11
all motions 1:00 p.m.

Trials and hearings will be set by the court at a date mutually agreed upon by the parties.
