ACTION TO BE COMPLETED: All E-Filers Will Be Required To Link Their Individual Upgraded PACER Account To Their Existing CM/ECF Account To Continue Filing Privileges.
DATE TO START LINKING: Monday, May 24, 2021 and thereafter.
FREQUENCY: This is a one time process. Access to file documents and review documents will be provided immediately upon successful linking.
The linking instructions provided in the attachment below will apply to all existing CM/ECF account holders. Access to file documents into the upgraded NextGen CM/ECF software will be available on Monday, May 24, 2021. All E-Filers who had filing privileges with Illinois Northern Bankruptcy Court before May 24, 2021, must link their CM/ECF account with their upgraded Individual PACER account.
