Change  of Address

This event  may be used to report a Change of Address for  the debtor, creditor, multiple creditors, or other  party.
The event  now includes  an option to report a Change of Mailing Address, Change of Payment Address or both  for creditors.
Please file Local Form G-15, Change of Address for Creditors.
Please file Local Form G-14, Change of Mailing Address for Debtors.

Reminder: Registered E filers (attorneys, trustees, & limited filers) should update their address through Utilities, Maintain Your ECF account.

Change of Name 

This event  may be used to report a Change of Name for  the debtor, creditor, law firm or other  party.

Reminder: Registered Efilers (attorneys, trustees & limited filers) should contact the CM/ECF Help Desk @ 312-408-7765 to process a name change
