New procedures will be effective in Judge Thorne’s courtroom beginning June 1, 2025. Significant changes to be aware of:
- A new requirement to include email addresses in signature blocks;
- A change in exhibit procedures for motions to continue or impose stay in effect;
- A new deadline for filing amended plans prior to confirmation hearing, and additional information required for motions to modify chapter 13 plans;
- Clarifications of procedures for draft orders to follow and complex or lengthy proposed orders; and
- New discovery dispute and summary judgment procedures.
