Effective Thursday, October 29, 2020, location selections for AT&T and Zoom are available on CM/ECF. Please review each judge’s web page, as some judges have posted a specific notice of motion form to be used in their cases. If the judge did not post a specific notice of motion, you must use the applicable notice of form attached to the Third Amended General Order No. 20-03.

When filing a motion, choose the appropriate location: “Appear by Telephone using AT&T” or “Appear using Zoom for Government.” The detailed meeting information should not be entered in the docket text but must be included on the notice of motion. Other location options, including courtrooms, have been temporarily removed.

These new options are available for every hearing, including the status hearing on an adversary complaint or a request for alias summons. Again select “Appear by Telephone using AT&T” or “Appear using Zoom for Government.” The CM/ECF system will automatically add the detailed meeting information to the summons based on the judge’s preference.

We have also modified the Chapter 13 section 341 meeting notice to include detailed meeting information for the confirmation hearing.
