On January 12, 2021, the President signed into law the Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2020 (BAIA).
The CM/ECF Release Notes for Trustee Services Rendered Pursuant to 330(e) may be found on the PACER website.
The two BAIA events for Trustees are now available in CM/ECF LIVE:
1. Log into NextGen CM/ECF.
2. Click the Bankruptcy tab.
3. Select Trustee/US Trustee(Bk).
4. Insert the case number.
5. Select one of the following from the list of Available Events as applicable -
- Trustee Services Rendered Pursuant to 330(e) click here for procedure
- Withdrawal of Trustee Services Rendered Pursuant to 330(e) click here for procedure
At this time, we have not received guidance on when the payments will commence for fiscal 2021 cases, but trustees may begin filing the Trustee Services Rendered events effective immediately.
