The court has become aware of a problem with Judge/Trustee Assignment under NextGen. The NextGen program that assigns the judge and trustee does not always work properly. Until the problem is corrected, the court will implement the following work-around:

Beginning Monday, May 24, 2021, the BK-Judge/Trustee Assignment program will not be available as an option for CM/ECF filers. The court will issue the judge and trustee assignments for all new cases within 30 minutes of filing. CM/ECF filers will receive a Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) when the judge and trustee are assigned to a case.

The court apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. You will be notified of any updates about the problem, including when the BK-Judge/Trustee Assignment program option will be restored.
