Commencing Friday February 3, 2017, Judge Hollis will hear the Joliet call as follows:

10:00 am Original Chapter 7, and 12  motions

10:15 am Continued Chapter 7, and 12 motions

10:30 am Original Chapter 13 Trustee Motions ONLY--If a responding party wishes a motion to be called they need to check in with the court deputy. All original chapter 13 trustee motions not requested to be called will generally be granted as a group before moving to the non-trustee original motions below

10:45 a.m. Original motions brought by any party other than Chapter 13 Trustee

11:00 All Continued Chapter 13 motions

11:30 All Chapter 13 confirmations (Chapter 13 Trustee may notice up original motions to dismiss at this time provided they are paired with a scheduled confirmation)

Motions that are granted in chambers will usually be posted on the court's website the day before but will be called if requested; if both parties are not present, the matter will likely be continued so that all parties may be heard.

Judge Hollis will be sitting on Friday, February 24, 2017.  Beginning March 2017, she will not sit the last Friday of each month.
