Courtesy copies of motions and briefs are unnecessary unless the motion or brief attaches more than five (5) exhibits totaling more than forty (40) pages.  If so, two (2) courtesy copies of the motion or brief must be supplied by delivering them to the clerk's office (Room 710) between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the filing date or the next business day.  Courtesy copies must be spiral bound (or in a three-ring binder) with the exhibits tabbed.
