NOTICE REGARDING THE HANDLING OF JUDGE COX’S CASES FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2023

Judge Cox will be participating in the Court’s Calendar Adjustment Program from September 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023.  All motions and adversary proceedings shall continue to be noticed for hearing before Judge Cox in courtroom 680 with Zoom Meeting ID 161 273 2896 and Passcode 778135, but will be heard by other Judges.
