In accordance with the court’s Third Amended General Order 20-03, starting October 13, 2020, Judge Barnes will conduct all regularly scheduled hearings using Zoom. Judge Barnes' website has been updated to include all information for hearings via Zoom under the title Information for Hearings via Zoom. 

NOTE:  As provided by the court’s Third Amended General Order 20-03, all motions noticed for presentment on or after October 13, 2020, are required to use the applicable Notice of Motion form attached to the Third Amended General Order 20-03.  If a motion noticed for presentment on or after October 13, 2020, has already been filed without the applicable Notice of Motion form, it is the movant's obligation to file and serve an amended notice of motion using the applicable Notice of Motion form prior to presentment. The court may continue any motions scheduled for presentment on or after October 13, 2020, that fail to use the applicable Notice of Motion form for the movant to file and serve an amended notice of motion using the applicable Notice of Motion form.
