Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Electronic Proof of Claims (ePOC) programs have been disabled as of September 30, 2026.

When the ePOC programs are re-enabled, we will send notice via the list service and website.

How to currently file a claim and or/ related events:

• Mail in to the court before proof of claim deadline
• File in person at our Chicago or Rockford offices (8:30am – 4:30pm)
• Persons without an attorney (creditor/debtor) may use Electronic Drop Box - https://www.ilnb.uscourts.gov/electronic-drop-box-edb
• Creditor/attorney – can become an e-filer pursuant to our existing training requirements - https://tdi.ilnb.uscourts.gov/training/
