Implementation of EPOC (Electronic Proof of Claim) Effective Monday, February 9, 2015

Monday, February 9, 2015
Beginning Monday, February 9, 2015, the Court is implementing EPOC. EPOC (Electronic Proof of Claim) is a program that allows all filers to file a Proof of Claim /Amended Claim and certain Claims Related Documents directly on the Court's Website. A login and password is NOT required. Pro Se parties and registered CM/ECF users may file claims and documents using this program.

The program creates a fillable Proof of Claim form, so you do NOT need to attach a B10 when filing a claim or amended claim. You may attach supporting documents, as needed.

You can also file the following documents through this program. A PDF is required for these options.

Withdrawal of Claim
Claim Supplements
Notice of Mortgage Payment Change
Notice of Postpetition Fees, Expenses, and Charges
Response to Notice of Final Cure Payment

The link to EPOC (Electronic Proof of Claim) will appear under the Frequently Used Links on the left side of the Website. We have included FAQS and a Filing Guide that we urge you to review before using the program.
