The court has revised its General Order No. 20-03 governing court proceedings during the pandemic.  There are two changes.  The major change is to paragraph 6 concerning the dates and times of motion calls.  Rather than specify the dates and times of each judge’s motion calls, the revised paragraph 6 now refers parties to the dates and times shown on each judge’s page on the court’s web site.  The other change is to paragraph 8 concerning trials and evidentiary hearings.  Revised paragraph 8 now simply contains a cross-reference to Second Amended General Order No. 20-05.  Please note that neither of these changes alters the court’s motion practice during the pandemic.
