The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Rockford, IL is relocating

1. The United States Bankruptcy Clerks Office located at 211 South Court Street is moving to 327 South Church Street. Effective Monday, April 23, 2012, all bankruptcy filings will be accepted at the new location. The address will be:

2. Beginning Monday, April 23, 2012, The Honorable Manuel Barbosa will be hearing all Rockford matters in the New Stanley J. Roszkowski U.S. Courthouse. Judge Barbosa’s courtroom number will be 3100. All notices for motions/hearings scheduled for April 23, 2012 and thereafter must reflect the new courthouse address Any and all previously set hearings will also be heard at the new courthouse location. Please note that only the courthouse location is changing. Judge Barbosa’s hearing dates and motion times will remain the same.
