Following the lead of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25, 2013, in observance of the Christmas holiday. All matters previously set before Judge Wedoff and Judge Goldgar on December 24, 2013, are continued to December 31, 2013. All matters previously set before Judge Schmetterer are continued to December 30, 2013.
