Court Rolls Out New FAQ Service, SmartHelp

The Court has developed a new self help service "SmartHelp.”  SmartHelp will replace the Court's Frequently Asked Questions, FAQs.  SmartHelp is designed to deliver an answer to a question with fewer clicks and without reading through many questions.  This is accomplished in two ways:  First, users can narrow their search by the Category which defines them or their role in a case ( i e Creditor, Debtor, Attorney).  Second, users can search by Phrase (keywords); this feature will search all categories and deliver available questions and answers.  The more specific the Phrase, the narrower the results.
