The Bankruptcy Court is publishing for public comment a proposed revision of the Court-Approved Retention Agreement (CARA) in Chapter 13 cases. The proposed revised CARA is available here.

Comments on the proposed revised CARA should be submitted by email to ilnbml_cara_comments@ilnb.uscourts.gov. Every comment must include the name, law firm name, and business address of the party commenting. The comment period will end at 5:00 p.m. on September 28, 2020
