Since mid-March, the Bankruptcy Court has conducted its motion calls telephonically using the CourtSolutions platform. The Court is seeking comments on whether motion calls should be conducted with CourtSolutions, Zoom for Government, AT&T Conference service, or some other platform.

Comments should be submitted by email to ilnbml_courtsolutions_comments@ilnb.uscourts.gov (link sends e-mail). Please provide reasons for the preference you express (or your lack of preference if you have none). Every comment must include the name, law firm name, and business address of the party commenting. The comment period will end at 5:00 p.m. on September 28, 2020.
