Changes to Procedures for Noticing an Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds for Hearing

Effective immediately, the only person who has to be separately served with the notice of motion on an application for payment of unclaimed funds is the Chief, Civil Division, U.S. Attorney’s Office, 219 South Dearborn Street Chicago, IL 60604. Copies do not need to be mailed to the U.S. Trustee, the chapter 7 or chapter 13 trustee assigned to the case, or the Financial Administrator of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
