In accordance with General Order No. 26-03, beginning November 1, 2026, Judge Slade will hear ALL chapter 7 matters (regardless of County) during his Monday chapters 7 and 11 motion call. 

Any motions in chapter 7 cases noticed for a Wednesday Lake County motion call date will be reset to the immediately preceding Monday motion call, as follows:

Parties wishing to have a motion reset to a different Monday date must file and serve an amended notice of hearing.
