Beginning Wednesday, January 3, 2018, the Chapter 7 Monday and Wednesday set calls will start 30 minutes earlier beginning at 9:00, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Original motions shall be noticed for 9:00 a.m.

Beginning Thursday, January 11, 2018, Chapter 13 matters will be heard every Thursday, starting at the usual times: 8:45, 8:50, 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.  The special Chapter 13 “tax call” will be heard on Thursdays beginning at 8:30 a.m., on those dates approved by the Court.  Chapter 12 matters will be heard every Thursday at 11:00 a.m.

The schedule for Chapter 11 matters remains unchanged.  Trials and non-routine matters will be heard on Tuesdays, Thursday afternoons and Fridays and on such other days as the Court may order. 

Notices of any motion to be heard after December 31, 2017 shall reflect these changes.
