Effective immediately, all chapter 7 matters for Kane and DuPage Counties heard by Judge Baer in Geneva are to be noticed for 11:00 a.m.  Any chapter 7 matters that have already been noticed for the previous time of 10:45 a.m. will be heard at 11:00 a.m.  No amended notice is required for those matters.
