Starting March 13, 2020, the times when Judge Goldgar hears matters in Lake County will change.  Please note that the changes will affect both chapter 13 and chapter 7 cases.  The new times are as follows:

9:15 a.m.         Chapter 13 Trustee Motions
9:30 a.m.         Chapter 13 Original Motions
10:00 a.m.       Chapter 13 Set Matters and Adversary Return Dates
10:30 a.m.       Chapter 13 Confirmations

11:00 a.m.       Chapter 7 Original Motions
11:15 a.m.       Chapter 7 Set Matters, Adversary Return Dates, and Involuntary Petition Return Dates
11:30 a.m.       Reaffirmations

Hearings on chapter 7 final reports should be set for 11:15 a.m.

Original motions to be heard on March 13, 2020, and thereafter must be noticed accordingly.  Motions noticed for incorrect times will be continued to the next Lake County date at the correct times.
