Effective immediately, trustee motions to dismiss on Judge Goldgar’s chapter 13 calls (Chicago and Lake County) will be given the same treatment as other motions under the Third Amended General Order No. 20-03 (Sept. 28, 2020).  If a debtor or other party objects to the trustee’s motion, a notice of objection must be filed at least two business days in advance.  If a notice of objection is filed, the motion will be called.  If no notice of objection is filed, the motion may be granted in advance.
