Effective immediately, please be advised that all of Judge Squires' DuPage Chapter 13 Matters will be set for 10:30 a.m. This includes all Chapter 13 original motions, adversaries, set matters and confirmations. This change will be effective through June 25, 2010. Any matters currently set for 11:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. will be heard at 10:30 a.m. All new Chapter 13 matters for the period through and including June 25, 2010 should be set for 10:30 a.m.
