Starting with the call on June 28, 2019, the schedule for chapter 7 matters heard in Lake County will change. The chapter 7 call will move from the afternoon to the morning, and chapter 7 matters will be heard at the following times:
11:45 a.m. -- Original Motions
12:00 p.m. -- Set Matters and Adversary Return Date
12:15 p.m. -- Hearings on Reaffirmation Agreements
Original motions incorrectly noticed for the old 1:30 p.m. time will be continued to the next available Lake County date at the new 11:45 a.m. time.
Please note that this change does not take effect until June 28. Until then, the current schedule remain in effect. Please also note that the times when chapter 13 matters are heard will not change.
