All matters on Judge Cleary’s chapter 13 calendar for Monday, September 9, 2024 will be continued to Tuesday, September 10, 2024.  New matters should be noticed for presentment on September 10 rather than September 9.  All motion, set matter and plan confirmation times remain the same.  No amended notices are necessary.
