The Bankruptcy Court Liaison Committee created a survey regarding local practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. This survey is for all practitioners who appear before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Through this survey, the Committee seeks the comment and input of local bankruptcy/restructuring lawyers regarding local practice and procedure. The comments and ideas generated by participants will be reviewed and shared with Committee Members. Committee Members consist of private attorneys, Bankruptcy Judges and representatives from the United States Trustee's Office. A list of the current members of the Committee can be found at:
