Topic:     Annual Bankruptcy Judges" Roundup--
    
    It's time for the annual bankruptcy judges' roundtable.  Please join us at the June 20, 2012 lunch meeting of the CBA Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee.  The bankruptcy judges for the Northern District of Illinois will be in attendance to give their views on developments in the last year related to bankruptcy and restructuring.  What are the implications for other Bankruptcy Code provisions and bankruptcy cases from the Supreme Court's affirmance of Judge Black's decision in the Radlax case?  Are fee-only chapter 13 plans per se in bad faith?  If you were on the ABI's bankruptcy reform panel, what changes in the Bankruptcy Code would you advocate?  The judges will take up these and other questions.
