Effective October 1, 2021, Thomas H. Hooper is appointed Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.  

All pending Chapter 13 cases assigned to trustee M.O. Marshall (formerly Tom Vaughn cases) will be reassigned to Thomas H. Hooper.
