The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois has elected under proposed Bankruptcy Rule 3015.1 not to require a Local Form for a chapter 13 plan instead of the proposed Official Form 113 (Chapter 13 Plan).

If Bankruptcy Rule 3015 (as amended), Bankruptcy Rule 3015.1, and Official Form 113 become effective on December 1, 2017, debtors will be required to use Official Form 113 (Chapter 13 Plan) in all chapter 13 cases filed in this district on or after that date.
