Section 5 of Administrative Order No. 17-02 has been revised to say that chapter 13 cases in which the domicile, residence, principal place of business, or principal assets of the debtor is in Cook County will be randomly assigned to the judges in the Eastern Division, other than the judges assigned to hear cases in Kane and Will County.
