Survey Results for June 2009

It is that time of the year again. We want to provide the best possible service to our customers and we need to measure the progress towards those goals through the opinions of the people who use the court.

Please help us serve you and others better by completing our Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey will be available on our internet site for the month of June. We will have staff members administering the survey in the outlying counties on June 4th, 11th and 17th, in the courthouse in Chicago the week of June 7 and Rockford on June 18, 2010.
