Until November 7, 2022, all of Judge Lynch’s court proceedings will be conducted remotely using the Zoom for Government platform (zoomgov.com). See Sixth Amended General Order No. 20-03 and Second Amended General Order No. 20-05. Judge Lynch’s personalized Notice of Motion form must be used for all motions set for presentment before November 7, 2022.
 
Beginning November 7, 2022, the court will switch to a hybrid in-person/video motion practice and attorneys and others can choose to appear on a motion either (a) personally in court or (b) by video using Zoom for Government.  All motions set for presentment on or after November 7, 2022, must use the Form G-3 Notice of Motion form.
 
In order to appear on Zoom for Government, use the following meeting ID and passcode:

If an in-person hearing is scheduled by Judge Lynch, all participants must review and observe the COVID-19 Precautions for the Roszkowski Courthouse
