General Order No. 26-04

Bankruptcy Noticing Center Service Interruption

WHEREAS, due to a service interruption affecting the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (“BNC”) beginning October 9, 2026, certain notices required in bankruptcy cases and proceedings have not been transmitted. The Court finds that these circumstances constitute good cause for relief under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that:

1. Affected Notices. To insure that no party experiences prejudice by a failure to respond to a notice that was not served as a result of the BNC service interruption, subject to applicable law and further order of the Court, the court will continue hearings as appropriate.

2. Deadlines and Hearings. Upon request of a party in interest, or on its own initiative where permitted by law, the judge to whom a case is assigned may extend or reset deadlines or continue hearings as necessary to address the interruption. Parties may request relief by written motion or orally at a previously scheduled hearing. Parties shall confer when practicable and advise the Court whether the requested relief is agreed upon or opposed. All scheduled hearings shall proceed unless the Court orders otherwise.

3. Further Orders. This Order shall remain in effect until further order of the Court.
