IT IS ORDERED that for all chapter 13 cases filed on or after June 1, 2025 the maximum Flat Fee authorized for chapter 13 debtor's counsel under Local Rule 5082-2 is $5,500, except as provided below. This amount may be requested in cases in which debtor’s counsel and the debtor enter into the Court-Approved Retention Agreement.

In cases in which debtor’s counsel and the debtor enter into the Court-Approved Retention Agreement as well as the Addendum to the Court-Approved Retention Agreement for Mortgage Modification Program, debtor’s counsel will be presumptively entitled to additional Flat Fees on the terms described in the Addendum.
