Court Closing for Christmas and New Year Holidays

In order to permit more time with family and friends, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois will be closed as follows:

• closed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025, in observance of the Christmas holiday; and
• early closure (12 p.m.) on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025;
• closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and Friday, January 2, 2026, in observance of the New Year holiday.
